Google's New Mobile Friendly Testing Tool

On May 2, 2016, Google confirmed that new mobile friendly testing tool is being rolling out and soon it will be available for all webmasters. However, Google has recently confirmed its new algorithm relating to Penguin 4.0 on twitter.

Google’s John Mueller said a day before that - "Search Console is currently experimenting with a revamped version of the Mobile Friendly Test, which will eventually become a part of Search Console going forward."

He also added on Google+ that "some Search Console users will see this new version as we gradually roll it out during this test period and learn more about its usage. The new tool will be linked from the mobile usability report in Search Console."

John Mueller also shared a help document for better reference to webmaster.

Responsiveness has been a big challenge for all web developers and webmasters for a long time. There are lots of free and paid tools available online that are being used by the entrepreneurs but most of them doesn’t give the proper result that is expected. But, these days, Google is testing new mobile friendly testing tool for providing the better solution in the matter of responsiveness and also migrating /webmasters to /search-console.

Well, this new mobile testing is available for some at here - while for some like us, getting a coming soon page. We are hoping that it will be available for us very soon and of course all SEO and SEM communities are waiting eagerly. It is being expected that this new tool will sort out all problems relating mobile friendly website as earlier it was little bit difficult to check 100% accuracy on mobile devices from different companies.

History:
Google launched its first mobile testing tool in November 2014 and after that it has seen more improvements.
